There's a Rumble in the Jungle in Ms. Power's Class 🙉🦍🐯

We have been very busy in Aistear this month learning about the jungle and the rainforest. We learnt very important words such as the forest floor, the understorey, the canopy and the emergent layer.

We had a jungle investigation station where we were researching different jungle animals. We had to use our microscopes, binoculars and petri dishes. We had a small world area full of jungle animals. We dyed rice green to create the effect of the rainforest floor. We painted jungle scenes and cut out some scary snakes.
