Today we launched our Foireann Gaeilge at our morning assembly.The Foireann's duties will include meeting and greeting our visitors on Fáilte Fridays, looking for golden opportunities to award Cartaí Glas to classmates and students around the school and on yard and listening out for the Cúpla Focal. The foireann will be easily identified by their t-shirts which were designed by the children photographed below. These colourful t-shirts will brighten up our school and some cartaí glas will also be up for grabs at our local centra check-out also to keep up the cúpla focal outside of school! A big “thank you” to Centra manager Gabriel for facilitating and also to Ms Fitzpatrick for all her hard work formulating a memorable Seachtain na gaeilge for us all!!
