The autism classes have had a great opportunity to avail of some alpaca therapy over the last couple of weeks. The children were introduced to all the alpacas last week and enjoyed feeding them and today we had the opportunity to take them for a walk. We were very happy to hear that alpacas have no top teeth and so they cannot bite but they do spit! 😀The youngest alpaca we met is Sunshine who is 6 months old and the oldest one was Rosie who is 22! We have really enjoyed our experience so far and look forward to our final session next week.
